One of our clients, a major IT company based in the City of London, found themselves in need of extra office space to house a fast expanding team. They asked us to find suitable premises nearby, relocate them and provide ongoing support services to manage their new offices.

We took the strain out of finding a new home for our client. We visited a number of potential premises on their behalf, evaluated their suitability and produced a report assessing the viability and condition of each property. As soon as our client had decided on which property was the best for them, we got on with the job of getting the space ready for them to move into.

Keeping the project on track

We managed everything from obtaining planning approval to designing the space around the needs of the employees – including a high number of hot-desk staff making this an extremely cost-effective office. The project included new open plan offices, conference rooms, break out space, a quiet room and a communications room. We controlled the complete budget and provided regular cost reviews as the project developed. Our project manager made sure that the whole project ran as smoothly and efficiently as possible. When the refurbished offices were ready, we moved everyone in.
