In July, one of our clients, a leading Pharmaceutical business, opened a new facility in Amsterdam.
The team were expanding and needed to move from a serviced office to a more permanent location, a new office close by in the local business district.
FMS already provides FM support to other locations in EMEA and so we were asked to extend our scope to include this new facility.
Working with the in house client representative, we selected a number of local vendors to tender for the support services.
Following on site meetings and reviews of the potential providers, FMS appointed local support teams and are now engaged with them, working in partnership to provide a fully outsourced FM service to the new office.
The new Office was completed on time by the fit out company and PM engaged by the client and a smooth transition took place from this team to the newly appointed FM team, managed by FMS.
The new office has been well received by those able to return to work and the client team and the local FM team look forward to welcoming everyone to the impressive new office as soon as possible.
