When companies expand their business rapidly, space can be difficult to plan and is often at a premium.  Areas such as post rooms can easily become overcrowded and cluttered with deliveries, when storage is limited, and breakout space for staff is often restricted as the pressure for workspace and meeting rooms increase.  When one of our clients came to us wanting improved breakout space and storage, FMS was delighted to be able to provide the solution.  An adjacent training space was also in need of refurbishing and presented additional challenges; limited availability for access and an office that had to remain occupied and functional during the works, meant that the process was going to have to be managed carefully.

Using our in-house design and project management expertise, along with close liaison with the account management team on site, we were able to develop a proposal that made significantly better use of the space.  The age of the building was also a concern so close liaison with the client was important to keep them informed of what was happening and why.  Working closely with our selected building contractors we were able to deliver a bright, modern space for both the staff to enjoy and also a smart professional area for the clients to use.  Sourcing everything from construction to furniture, FMS was able to deliver a complete turnkey solution.
